SAFFRON HOT TODDY


1 pinch saffron
1/2 fresh lemon
1 tbsp. raw honey
Dash of whiskey
1 c. boiling water
Cinnamon Stick (optional)

Grind saffron with mortar & pestle and pour into mug. Add hot water, honey, lemon, and whiskey to taste. Mix, add cinnamon stick for garnish, and enjoy.
