"Move-Over-Tumeric" Saffron Latte
12 oz. milk
10-12 saffron threads
Sweetener of choice to taste
Dash of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
Simmer milk with saffron for 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat. Blend warm mixture, sweetener, and vanilla in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into mug, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
