Quick Fondue
Easy fondue for effortless entertaining. Rich fontina pairs beautifully with our Spanish Roja Garlic powder, giving the fondue its aromatic punch. Serve alongside crusty bread, tart apple slices, your favorite crackers for an irresistible, crowd-pleasing spread.
Ingredients:
8-10 ounces fontina, cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Lemonfair's Spanish Roja Garlic Powder
3 sprigs fresh rosemary, stems removed
Salt & pepper to taste
Bread, apples, whatever you’d like to serve for dipping
Heat a small pan over medium with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Add cubed fontina, lower heat to medium-low, and drizzle remaining olive oil over the cheese.
Stir frequently. When fontina is nearly completely melted, add garlic powder and rosemary leaves. Stir until well mixed and fontina is finished melting. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately while hot and melty
