Refund policy

Lemonfair Saffron Co.'s goal is to provide our customer with the highest quality goods.

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@lemonfairsaffron.com and we will make it right.

If you aren't happy with your order, email us at hello@lemonfairsaffron.com within 14 days of receiving it and we will provide a return label- we can accept returns for unopened, unused spices and non-food items. We cannot accept returns of opened spices due to food safety protocols. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns.

We are unable to offer refunds for items that are returned to us in anything less than like-new condition.
