Zucchini Garlic Dip

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. zucchinis, roasted or grilled until tender
2 tsp. Lemonfair Spanish Roja Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. tahini paste
1/4-1/3 c. fresh basil
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil & lemon wedge for serving
Directions:
Chop zucchinis and blend together with all ingredients. Add more lemon, salt and pepper to taste. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon wedge.
Serve with anything you’d pair with hummus- pita slices, carrots, bell peppers, or try on a sandwich.
